SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

All orders will be shipped within 3-5 days from when they are received. A standard $5 shipping fee will be associated with your entire order. Orders are shipped using USPS. Some designs may take up to 21 days or longer to receive due to demand and processing. If this occurs, you will receive an email stating the delay and another one once the order has been shipped. Oopsivebeenbad.com is not responsible for any shipments lost during delivery. 

RETURN POLICY 

All purchases are exchangeable within 21 days of purchase for a different size or design. Email contact@oopsivebeenbad.com with your issue and what tee you want to exchange your original one for. Please include design and size. TEES FOR LADIES RUN SMALL. THIS IS NOTED WITH EVERY TEE DESIGN FEATURING A BABY TEE. THE BEST ADVICE IS TO ORDER A SIZE LARGER THAN WHAT YOU NORMALLY WEAR. Every exchange will involve a $5 restocking fee. You will pay to ship the original tee, but will not be required to pay for shipping again when your exchange is shipped to you. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED. 

MISCELLANEOUS 

If you have a coupon code, you must enter it during the ordering process. The code cannot be entered after the order has been placed. 

All orders paid by personal check will be processed after the check clears. Please bare in mind that ordering by check will increase the number of days you wait for your tee. International checks will not be accepted. 

If your order was placed in error,you must email contact@oopsivebeenbad@msn.com immediately and see if there is anything that can be done to remedy the situation. A processing fee is charged every time an order is placed. Canceled orders due to error will pay this processing fee.
